  1. What are LuvlyCharms made of?

LuvlyCharms are made of delicate glass beads, opaque seed beads and/or charms on an elastic string.

  1. How do I order my correct size?

Simply order by your shoe size at checkout. Sizes are available in whole US sizes from size 5 to 9. For custom orders, we can adjust to fix half sizes.

  1. How do I put on the LuvlyCharms?

Place your foot through the large loop so that it rests on your ankle. Then place the small loop on your second toe and make sure the jewelry is centered on the foot.

LuvlyCharms can be work on one foot or both feet as you desire.

  1. How do I care for my LuvlyCharms?

Fashion Jewelry tarnishes when exposed to moisture, oils, salts and acids. Please dry your hands before handling and store the LuvlyCharms in its jewelery pouch or jewelry case for storage. Remove LuvlyCharms before showering, swimming or exercising.

  1. How long does it take to ship and deliver to me?

Since each item is handmade just for you, it can take up to 3 business days of production (excluding weekends and holidays)

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service

USPS Standard Shipping

Estimated time: 3 days production + 2-7 business days

Please ensure that you have entered your correct shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address.

All domestic packages and priority packages will include tracking numbers. If somehow the item is lost and the tracking number says it’s delivered, we cannot replace the item if we have shipped it to the address that you have provided for the order.

We cannot guarantee any delivery time. Suggest transit times are estimates provided by the United States Postal Service.

*International orders are not available at this time.

The next collections will launch soon including a bridal collection. Details to come!

  1. Do you make custom LuvlyCharms?

For colors and styles not found on LuvlyCharms.com, custom pieces can be made based on the availability of colors and beads selection.

  1. Where else can I find LuvlyCharms besides LuvlyCharms.com?

LuvlyCharms can be found on LuvlyCharms.com, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Soon, LuvlyCharms will be available in select New York City local boutique shops.

  1. What do I do if I have questions about my order?

If you have questions about your order, please send us an email to ShopLuvlyCharms@gmail.com. Please allow a response within 24-48 hours.

  1. Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

General Policy:

We gladly accept exchanges. We do not offer refunds at this time.

For exchanges, please contact me within 7 days of items received. Items must not be worn. Please ship the items back within 7 days of delivery in order to exchange for another item.

Cancellations:

You are welcome to cancel the order within 6 hours of purchase. If the order has been started, we cannot cancel the order.

All items are repaired free of charge within 60 days of purchase.
